Frequently Asked Questions

  • Select your date add items to cart.  Follow the check out instructions  and pay the required deposit. Rentals are confirmed on a first-come basis.


  • Yes. Delivery and pickup services are available for all rentals. Fees vary based on locatio and order size.

  • No. Delivery & pickup do not include setup or breakdown. Setup can be added for an additional fee.


  • Some items may be eligible for customer pickup; however, larger or delicate pieces require professional handling by our team.

  • The client is responsible for all lost, damaged, or broken items. Replacement fees will be invoiced after the event.


  • We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, especially during peak season (December–June).


  • Minimums may apply for certain locations or delivery requests. These will be noted on your estimate.


  • Yes, you may increase quantity up to 30 days before your event but quantity cannot be reduces once deposited. Subject to availability.


  • We accept PayPal, bank transfers and credit/debit cards via our website.

  • Yes! Tropical Chic Weddings & Events offers full planning, design, and coordination. Rentals can be combined with our planning or styling services for a seamless experience.
